Whack Nation is a free-to-play, for-fun casual browser game in which players tap letters to spell their country's name and rally it up a global leaderboard. It is purely a game of entertainment and light skill.
There are no prizes, no cash rewards, and no winnings of any kind. It is not gambling, betting, fantasy sport, or a game of chance. Leaderboard positions are for bragging rights only and have no monetary value.
The game is free to play. Players may optionally buy in-game "plays" (virtual credits). Prices are shown to you based on your region:
India: paid in Indian Rupees (₹) — e.g. a single continue for ₹2 or a bundle for ₹20 — via UPI, cards and other methods supported by Razorpay.
Other countries: where international payments are enabled, prices are shown in US Dollars (US$) — e.g. US$0.50 for a single play or US$2 for a bundle — payable by supported international cards. Availability depends on your country and payment method.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay; the exact amount and currency are always shown before you pay. See our Pricing page for details.
In-game plays are digital virtual items used only inside the game. They have no real-world or cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn for money, and are delivered to your device instantly on successful payment. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Service is intended for a general audience. If you are a minor in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and any purchase must be authorised by them. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to cheat, hack, automate, or disrupt the game, servers, or other players.
We operate the Service from India and make no representation that it is appropriate or available in every location. If you access the Service from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee the game will always be available or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
